    Pixie Alerts is an independent theme park notification service operated by GGM Services LLC.

    What we do

    Pixie Alerts monitors supported third-party wait-time feeds and supported restaurant reservation facilities. Customers choose their dates and settings; when the recorded data matches those settings, the service sends an SMS or email notification.

    What we do not do

    Pixie Alerts does not operate a theme park, sell park admission, reserve attraction access, hold restaurant inventory or guarantee that a wait or dining time will remain available after an alert. Customers complete any official booking directly with the applicable park operator.

    Pixie Alerts is operated by GGM Services LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Universal Destinations & Experiences or ThemeParks.wiki. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
